Townsville Bushland Beach Estate land parcels hit the market

EXPRESSIONS of interest are being sought for the balance development area of Sunland Group’s master-planned Bushland Beach Estate in Townsville.

On offer are 14 land parcels with a combined area of more than 133ha* and can be purchased either individually, in-one-line or in any combination, with sizes ranging between 5,031sq m* and  36.1ha*.

The sites are being marketed and sold by Ray White Special Projects Queensland Executive Directors Matthew Fritzsche, Mark Creevey and Tony Williams.

“Based in Townsville’s thriving Northern Beaches, Bushland Beach presents an opportunity to become part of Townsville’s only master-planned seaside community,” Mr Fritzsche said.

“Each parcel enjoys cool ocean breezes and is superbly positioned within walking distance of the shores of Halifax Bay and its stunning views of Magnetic Island.

“Townsville is Queensland’s fourth largest city with major underlying employment generators and there’s population growth of 62 per cent** forecast by 2031.”

“Thoughtful planning and the truly efficient design are both cornerstones of this exceptionally well-positioned neighbourhood,” Mr Creevey said.

“There’s easy access to Mount Low Parkway, Northshore Boulevard and the Bruce Highway directly connects to Townsville’s city heart, with the hospital, university and Lavarack Barracks all within 15* minutes.”

“Townsville Airport is only 15* minutes by car, and major employment nodes, shopping and leisure facilities are all within easy reach as well,” Mr Williams said.

“Bushland Beach Plaza, anchored by Coles and other specialty retailers, is based at the centre of the estate. A sporting club, bike tracks and parklands will also be available.”
